Seahorse Financial Policy

-Only the student registered for the class is eligible to use the spot. If a swimmer attends the lesson under a different name that is registered, they will not be able to participate in the lesson. A Roster Spot in our lessons cannot be sold, given, or loaned to a friend or family member.

-If an account owner notifies us of lesson cancellation either by email, phone call where they have talked to a member of our office or leave a voice message two weeks (14 days) or more before the start date of their lesson they are eligible for a 75% refund. If the account owner calls our office, and no one answers, and they don’t leave a voice message that does not count as contacting us. We will need the account name, the student’s name, the location and session they are cancelling. They also need to provide a phone number they can be reached in case we have questions or cannot find the requested registration they want to cancel.

-If it is inside the two-week cancelation deadline, but they have to miss more than half the session for medically documented reasons, they are also eligible for a 75% refund as long as they send us the medical documentation that shows they were not medically able to participate. If the student becomes medically ineligible halfway through the session or later or, they wait until halfway through the session or later to notify us that the student didn’t attend for medical reasons, they are not eligible for a refund as we were not notified in time to open the spot to another potential student.

-We are not taking wait list requests. If there are no spots available, they can check back periodically to see if spots have opened up, but please do not call or email the office to request to be placed on a waitlist, your request will not be granted. If we are able to add classes/instructors we will send out an email to members to let them know new spots are available, please do not call or email administration to ask if we are going to add classes/spots.
